- Mr Rehmatullah has completed the full Bond Solon Expert Witness Training Course and maintains a full medico-legal practice, providing expert opinions in both personal injury and clinical negligence cases, and is instructed by both Claimant and Defendant law firms.
- Mr Rehmatullah focuses his practice on lower limb trauma for personal injury cases and problems localised to the knee joint for clinical negligence cases. Mr Rehmatullah is fully CPR 35 compliant and ensures that he keeps up to date with his medico-legal training by attending regular courses and conference updates.
- Mr Rehmatullah is happy to be instructed directly by law firms or via the agencies that he works collaboratively with. Turnaround time for medico-legal reports for personal injury cases can be as quick as a few days after examining the client to 2-3 weeks depending upon the complexity of the case. For clinical negligence cases a time period of 4-6 weeks is maintained based upon the complexity of the case and case load.
